Have tried to contact them, but cannot There customer service is zero

The app doesn't serve justice to the "price match up" challenge. I could find the same deal on the other site with 50% of the cost offered and they didn't match up the price because they had 2 extra add on's. One is 4 course dinner and other is 15% discount of f&b. This happened after I booked so I couldn't cancel. And the reply given by the service team was very unacceptable. Very disappointed with luxury escapes.

Waste of time. Book via Google rather using this App
A really bad app. You can only filter by 2 criteria, and they don't even work properly. For instance, if you select "thailand" but do not select "phuket", phuket options still appear. Can you allow us to filter by price, length of stay, and included flights?
